Driver Pay Rates
- Drivers average $80,000+ annually!
- Newly Increased Monday – Friday Daily Pay: $290
- Daily Inspection Pay: $13/hour
- Winter ‘Chip Out’ (Nov. 1st – Feb. 28th): $20/per event
- Orientation pay
- Wait Time: Starts after 90 minutes
- Loading/Unloading pay

$5,000 RETENTION BONUS!!

- Rider Policy: after 90 days
- Bonuses: for safety
- Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
- $50 every week of your referred driver’s first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work and Route
- Average Miles: 400 to 600 a day
- Driving Region: sale barns and farmer feeders in WI, MN, IA, IL, and MI
- More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:
- Must have Livestock handling or hauling experience
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53′ tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
